The Introduction Series Class teaches the beginner Pilates student the fundamentals of Pilates. A different lesson is taught each week. At the end of the series, you will know how to find your core muscles and pelvic floor, as well as understand correct mechanics of the shoulder, legs, and spine. The series will set the foundation of the Pilates movement so that you can safely practice on your own or in an ongoing class.
