Sessions will incorporate neuromuscular re-training, skilled manual therapy, core and postural control, and in-depth education in your individual anatomy and physiology. Dr. Foster brings a holistic approach to healing as she complete her Health Coaching and Integrative Lifestyle Medicine certification. With this comprehensive skill set, she hopes to offer a unique, patient-centered approach to treatment that focuses on creating meaningful changes both inside and outside the studio as you move towards your desired wellness goals. With extensive training in both orthopedics and pelvic health, she is qualified to treat a wide variety of injuries and conditions.
