COVID-19 Guidelines

Updates as of June 15th State Guideline changes:

SPACING

Monarch Pilates has always valued space and ambience in the studio and as a standard we operate under 50% of our capacity. When the Covid-19 State guidelines change, we will continue with our standard practice. This means there will be less than 9 people spread out through the 1200 sq ft studio. Most sessions can expect one lesson upstairs and one lesson downstairs simultaneously. The exception would include a Rolfing session in the Massage room and/or 2 Pilates sessions downstairs.  Springboard classes are open to 5 students  and could accompany a session upstairs. If preferred you may discuss with your teacher availability for sessions at a lower impacted time.

MASKS

Safety and wellness continue to be our priority. Masks will be required for all private lessons and group classes.

CLEANING

We have covered many of our props and pillows in easy to clean vinyl fabric. We clean all equipment and props in between each session. If you prefer to use personal props you may purchase and store a prop bag at the studio. We also have Reformer Mats available for sale if you prefer an extra layer of safety.

When coming to the studios we ask that you please:

  • Bring only what you need into the studio.

  • Upon entering wash your hands

  • Wear your mask at all times.

  • Be aware of distancing in the general space

  • Wear your grip socks.

  • Please do not come to your session if you are feeling sick

  • Due to our limited availability, late cancelation policies, 24 hours from your start time, will be enforced.

  • Virtual Sessions are available as alternative upon onset of minor symptoms

  • Please arrive to class on time.

During Covid 19 we have taken precautions such as:

  • Offering the choice of hands on or off according to the client’s comfort.

  • Increased cleaning and sanitizing of the equipment and studio.

  • Running Hepa air purifiers
