LEVEL 1- FOUNDATIONS
Learn the principles of pilates and foundations for healthy movement. This class is appropriate for students of all levels whether new to pilates or choosing to focus on the basics. The Foundations class is recommended prior to joining the Progressions or Dynamic class.
PELVIC HEALTH
A full body workout with focus on Pelvic floor strength and flexibility.
Multiple levels offered.
PRENATAL
Stay strong and mobile throughout your pregnancy & after with an exercise program designed to grow with you.
POSTPARTUM
The postpartum Reformer class provides a safe workout while reconnecting pelvic floor, deep abs & rib connection.
LEVEL 2- PROGRESSIONS
Layer Progressions onto the basic exercises to deepen your workout. This class teaches students how to advance the exercises while staying true to form and integrity. Appropriate for students who understand the foundations and are are ready to increase the challenge.
OOV
Integrate the Oov into a Reformer workout to challenge and support your body. A Private lesson or experience on the Oov is a prerequisite for acute injuries.
Multiple levels offered.
LEVEL 3- DYNAMIC
Add a layer of Dynamic movement and flow to enhance the workout. This class focuses on bringing your practice to the next level. Students are expected to understand progressions and modification appropriate for your body and injuries.
SHOULDER HEALTH
Learn to move, strengthen & stretch your shoulder without creating strain or injury. Improve form for shoulder exercises in all your classes.
FIT & FORM II
Advanced Pilates & Cardio together to increase your workout with a focus on
form, function and fun!
Appropriate for students who want an extra kick to class. Not recommended for acute injuries or those new to pilates. Prior reformer experience required.
