LEVEL 1- FOUNDATIONS
Learn the principles of pilates and foundations for healthy movement. This class is appropriate for students of all levels whether new to pilates or choosing to focus on the basics. The Foundations class is recommended prior to joining the Progressions or Dynamic class.
LEVEL 2- PROGRESSIONS
Layer Progressions onto the basic exercises to deepen your workout. This class teaches students how to advance the exercises while staying true to form and integrity. Appropriate for students who understand the foundations and are are ready to increase the challenge.
LEVEL 3- DYNAMIC
Add a ayer of Dynamic movement and flow to enhance the workout. This class focuses on brining your practice to the next level. Students are expected to understand progressions and modification appropriate for your body and injuries.
A full body workout with focus on Pelvic floor strength and flexibility.
Stay strong and mobile throughout your pregnancy with an exercise program designed to grow with you.
FIT & FORM
Pilates & Cardio mixed together to increase with your workout with a focus on form, function and fun!
Appropriate for students who want an extra kick to class. Not recommended for acute injuries
Integrate the Oov into a Reformer workout to challenge and support your body. A Private lesson or experience on the Oov is a prerequisite for acute injuries.
