Nayla Samaha (she/her)
Group Reformer Instructor
Nayla was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, and went on to attend the University of Colorado Boulder, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Sports Media and Business.
Nayla has always been active and has loved all forms of movement. In the past, she often pushed through mild discomfort and low back pain, until she discovered Pilates at Monarch. That experience completely changed the way Nayla approached movement.
She quickly fell in love with Pilates and began her teacher training at Monarch. What drew Nayla in was how it goes beyond just a workout—you gain a deeper understanding of your body and learn how to move in ways that truly support you. That’s what inspired her to become an instructor: to help others feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in their movement.
Outside of the studio, she loves spending time by the water with her golden retriever, Maui, and reading.
