PRENATAL Pilates assists your body with strength, alignment and awareness through your pregnancy, labor & delivery and postpartum. Sessions are available with EDUCATE teachers or book a combo pass for a Physical Therapy and Pilates evaluation
POSTPARTUM Pilates is vital to safely recovering strength and re-establishing muscle connection. Sessions include a diastasis recti evaluation, pelvic floor instruction and postural assessment. SCOLIOSIS Pilates sessions teach the difference between structural and functional scoliosis.
Using wedges with specific support you learn how to find comfort in your spine and practice exercises to specifically minimize the curve.
DANCE focused pilates sessions teach strategies to prevent injury, speed up recovery & and improve conditioning. Learn to safely improve and control full range of movement, turn out, spine extension and maintain healthy feet
An OOV is a self regulating feedback tool used with in a Pilates session. It facilitates a natural reorganization and strengthening experience, challenges your balance and stability and lengthens the spine.
