Studio Policies

Attire

• Grip socks are required.

• Wear clothes that are comfortable for movement.

• Form-fitting clothing is preferred but not required.

Etiquette

• Silence your cell phones.

• Please avoid perfumes and scented lotions.

• No animals are allowed in the studio.

Late Policy

• The Reformer studio is open 10 minutes before class.

• Classes will begin promptly at their start time.

• For your safety and the respect of your fellow students and teachers, class entry will be closed after 10 minutes.

• If you are arriving less than 10 minutes late, please come in quietly.

• Late attendance will be marked as No Show and charged for class.

Cancellation Policy

• We require a 12 hr cancellation for group reformer classes and a 24 hr cancellation for private lessons and workshops.

• The full class or private lesson price will be charged upon late cancellation.

• DO NOT call or text the studio for cancellations; log in to your Pike13 account to cancel your attendance online.

Return Policy

• All service-related sales are final.

Passes

• 4 and 8 Class Passes expire after one year.

• Intro 3 Class Pass expires after three months.

Memberships

• Monthly auto-renewal is required.

• No rollover of unused classes.

• Membership cancellation requires a 30-day notice.
