STUDIO POLICIES

Attire:

~ Grip socks are required 

~ Wear clothes that are comfortable for movement 

~ form fitting clothing is preferred but not required.

Etiquette:

~ Silence your cell phones

~ Please avoid perfumes and scented lotions.

​

Late Policy:
~ The Reformer studio is open 10 minutes prior to class to allow time to ready yourself for class. 
~ Classes will begin promptly at their start time.
~ If arriving late please come in quietly.  
~ For your safety and the respect of your fellow students and teachers, class entry will be closed after 10 minutes. 
~ Late attendance will be marked as No Show and charged for class.

Cancellation Policy:

~ We require a 12 hr cancellation policy for group reformer classes

& a 24 hr cancellation policy for private lessons and workshops.

~ Full class/private price will be charged upon late cancel.

~ DO NOT call or text the studio for cancellations.

~ Log in to your account to cancel your attendance.

Return Policy:

~ All service related sales are final. 

​

Passes:

~Passes expire after 1 year.

​

Memberships:

~Monthly auto renewal.

~no rollover of unused classes.

~membership cancellation require 30 day notice.
